Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure a seamless returns process in the event that your purchase doesn't meet your expectations. To assist you, we kindly ask you to review our return and exchange guidelines outlined below.
If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you have the option to request a return. To qualify, please adhere to the following instructions:
- Initiate the return within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
- Ensure that the item(s) are in their original condition, unworn, and with the original packaging.
- Securely pack the item(s) to prevent any damage during the return transit.
To initiate a return, simply send an email to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Use "Order Return (Your Order Number)" as the subject line and provide a clear explanation of the reason for the return in the body of the email.
Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees. Once the return is approved, we will provide store credit in the form of a gift card (excluding shipping costs), which will be valid for one year from the date of issue. Please note that refunds are not available.
To ensure a successful return, it is essential to use appropriate packaging methods. We kindly request that you avoid using unsuitable packaging, such as boxes shipped in satchels, items shipped without an outer box, insufficient bubble wrap or padding, and damaged outer boxes or multiple boxes taped together.
At Fluent, we reserve the right to decline the return of any item(s) that are deemed unsuitable upon arrival. Until we receive the return shipment, the customer assumes responsibility for the item(s).
As a consignment marketplace, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate exchanges or size swaps. If you are unsatisfied with the item(s), we kindly request that you proceed with the Returns process outlined above.
Please be aware that all sale and discounted item sales are final and cannot be returned.
