At Fluent, we strive to process all orders promptly. Our goal is to process your order within 24 hours. However, during periods of high order volume, please allow for 48-72 hours for order processing.
For orders placed before 12PM, we offer same-day shipping. This means that if you place your order in the morning, it will be shipped out on the very same day.

Risk of Loss
Upon our delivery of the purchased items to the carrier, the risk and title are transferred to you. Once this transfer occurs, we are no longer liable for any loss or damage to the items. However, if you claim that shipped items were not received, we will conduct an investigation before proceeding with replacements or credits to your account. As part of the investigation process, we may request that you sign and return a formal affidavit.
Rest assured, we will handle such situations professionally and appropriately, taking into consideration the circumstances. Depending on our discretion, we will either replace the products or credit your account to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email with the subject line "[Order Number] - ORDER CANCELLATION". However, please note that cancellations are subject to our discretion. If we have already processed your order, regrettably, the cancellation will not be possible.
